Strategy is the foundation for any business, brand, organization, or government. It is also one of the least understood terms in our vernacular.

More than a smart goal or vision statement, a strategy is - at least - a plan of action that solves a problem or propels the brand forward into its vision.

Needless to say, we take this part of our work very seriously, as it is the very methodology we use to move our clients from where they are to where they want to be. 

 

We use a simple three-step formula:

2. Diagnosis
3. Treatment Plan

 

We approach each client case differently, because there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to strategy. There are too many variables, and a host of desired outcomes. Some folks want more local traffic, some want global domination. 💥

 

In the Assessment phase, we are taking into account your vision, values and victories thus far. We are also researching the market, your competition, forming SWOS charts and audience personas. During the Assessment, we are learning about your business, where it stands in the current landscape, and looking for strategic advantages. 

Once we have a solid understanding, we work to form the Diagnosis.In this phase, we are answering a series of questions. We will dig in deep to understand or develop your unique value proposition. 

 

And once we have Assessed and formulated a Diagnoses, we get to work on your Actionable Roadmap. And this IS the Strategy put to work. This is what separates the Brand you want to be from the Brand you used to be. But just as the name suggests, it is a plan of action. The Strategy only works if you work the Strategy!

 

Strategic Brand Marketing will almost always include Storytelling, and SEO, and Social Media planning, and Branded Print Materials. It's a makeover, a facelift, if you will. And it's going to help you make your Vision a reality.
